WHAT WILL IT BE LIKE?Our sessions last for one hour (with early mornings and mid-mornings just 45 mins). A session will include a warm up and a cool down.
We also organise regular fitness tests (optional) across our parks for you to assess your performance and track your improvements.
At Parkfit our classes are for ALL abilities and our instructors are highly skilled at ensuring the sessions cater for everyone. If there are two instructors the group may get divided into two groups but you will always have the choice to train in the group you choose. We always encourage you to push yourself but we never ask you to do anything you don't want to. YOUR training, YOUR choice.
