BEGINNERS BOOTCAMP - ROYSTON - starts Mon 23rd April 2018 - PLACES STILL AVAILABLE

  • FUN & FRIENDLY outdoor fitness classes with demonstrations (aimed solely at BEGINNERS)

  • BEGINNERS ONLY - either TOTALLY separate classes from our normal timetable or where part of a timetabled class, a separate instructor will take the beginners class.

Parkfit BEGINNERS BOOTCAMPS are perfect for those people who want to lose weight, get fit, return from injury, post-natal or simply curious!  We know some people don't think they like exercise, find joining a class scary or simply haven't found the right thing for them.  We promise we will make that transition easy for you as everyone is in the same boat.  Parkfit BEGINNERS BOOTCAMPS have created the perfect, non-intimidating environment for you to train and begin your fitness journey under the command of our most experienced instructors.  Everyone in your team will be new and the support you will get from both your instructor and your comrades will surprise you!  These bootcamps have been extremely successful in helping people reach their goals and most of all giving them confidence, improving health and increasing self-esteem!
